Process and criteria for admission

The application and admission process at ICDA is simple and straightforward:

• Parent/Guardian completes the enrollment application and;

• Provides copy of current immunization records and;

• Shows copies of student’s birth certificate and social security card and;

• Obtains an unofficial transcript from prior high school and;

•  Pays $25 refundable book deposit and;

•  Parent/Guardian completes New Student Forms packet

    Due to the intense block structure of ICDA, a student will need to stay at their zoned school until there is a verification of enrollment from ICDA by letter.  The transfer of the student must coincide with the beginning of a block.

    NRS 386.582.3   If the governing body of a charter school is unable to provide appropriate special education program related services for a particular disability of a pupil who is enrolled in the charter school, the governing body may request that the board of trustees of the school district of the county in which the student resides may transfer that pupil to an appropriate school.
